HOW TO CONTROL ANGER? 
When you start feeling angry, try deep breathing, positive self-talk, or stopping your angry thoughts. Breathe deeply from your diaphragm. Slowly repeat a calm word or phrase such as "relax" or "take it easy." Repeat it to yourself while breathing deeply until the anger subsides.

Never ever stress the things.. 
Let it be in the flow... 

Never ever overthink... Over thinking will definitely kill your happiness.. 
Get regular exercise. Moving and exercising are great for your physical and mental health...

Stay away from anger as much as you can... Because nothing is more important than your loved ones... Don't lose them because of your anger... Once you lose it's very hard to get them back...
